Before shipping your order, normally IDAS GEMS needs 1-3 days to prepare your products, do strict quality-control tests, and carefully package the items, so the processing time is separate from the shipping time.

We are pleased to offer you free United States standard delivery shipping over $59.00, and free standard delivery global shipping over $79. We use free DHL international express for all orders over $500.
Orders are shipped Mon-Fri excluding holidays. Please note that occasionally in-stock items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered. We will make every effort to communicate any shipping delay within 24 hours of your order And shipping within 48 to 72 hours.
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
* Please note, we are not able to ship to PO, APO, or FPO boxes.
* Customs fees may be required for some international orders, which will be different in each country. The customer is responsible for all customs fees.
* Please be aware that there is a possibility of shipping delay on all international orders. Due to the different Customs regulations in every country, the estimated delivery time may be influenced. All these are out of our control.

You can always cancel your order for a full refund prior to shipping.
Unfortunately, due to our jewelry is natural gems materials, If you are not satisfied with the product you received, we accept returns up to 7 days after the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please contact us firstly, and then we will offer you the returned address. We will not be responsible for your missing parcel if you send it back without contacting with us before shipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs
We do not provide prepaid return labels for returns. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If we issue a refund to you due to shipping delays or other issues with shipping and delivery, we will refund you via the original manner in which you paid for the relevant order. Unfortunately, we cannot direct refunds to different accounts or payment methods.
Please report missing, damaged, or defective products within 3 months after delivery date, together with pictures or video proof.
After confirmed, we will replace for you after you returned it back.
